How many people do I need to book a party?
+All packages start with a minimum of 10 jumpers. You're welcome to add more jumpers — just let us know when booking so we can make sure everything is set up for your group.
How long is the party?
+Every package includes 2 hours total — jump time on the park floor plus time in the party area to eat, open gifts, and celebrate. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled.
What's included in every package?
+Every package includes a dedicated party host, full set up and clean up, plates, napkins & utensils, a bottle of water per jumper, and Altitude grip socks. Higher tiers add pizza, ICEE drinks, and extras for the birthday star.
Do I need to bring my own food or cake?
+You're welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes! All-Star and MVP packages include pizza (1 large per every 5 jumpers). Outside catering beyond cake is not permitted, but we have snacks and drinks available for purchase.
What is a private party room and do I need one?
+A private party room is a dedicated space just for your group to eat and celebrate — no sharing with other parties. The MVP package includes it at no extra cost. Rookie gets it for a $40 upgrade and All-Star for $20. It's a great add-on, especially for larger groups.
Can I book a party on weekends?
+Yes! Parties can be booked any day during park hours. Weekend slots fill up fast, so we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Are grip socks required?
+Yes — Altitude grip socks are required for all jumpers for safety. They're included in every party package so your guests don't need to worry about bringing their own.
Can adults jump too?
+Absolutely! Adults are welcome on the park floor. If adults will be jumping, they count as jumpers and should be included in your headcount when booking.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Do you offer group events or corporate parties?
